Amenity & Common-Area Wi-Fi
The amenities you built deserve a signal.
Residents work from the clubhouse, stream workouts in the gym, and host friends on the rooftop. ResidentFi designs outdoor-rated and high-density wireless for every shared space, with a branded login for guests and the same private credentials for residents.
Shared spaces have different needs
A clubhouse may hold a handful of people on a Tuesday and two hundred on a Saturday. A pool deck is wet, hot, and surrounded by concrete. A parking garage blocks signals from every direction. Each space is designed on its own terms, with the right access point type, placement, and capacity, rather than hoping a unit access point reaches far enough.
Residents and guests, handled differently
Residents join amenity Wi-Fi automatically with their private unit credentials. Visitors, vendors, and prospects see a branded welcome page with simple terms and time-limited access, kept separate from resident and staff traffic. Leasing teams can show the page during tours as a visible sign that the property is connected.
Coworking and remote work
Work-from-home residents treat the coworking lounge as an office, and video calls expose weak networks immediately. We design these spaces for sustained high-bandwidth use with wired drops for shared desks and printers where needed.
Part of the whole
Amenity coverage is included in every ResidentFi property-wide design and can also be added to a community that keeps another provider in the units. Either way, it is monitored and supported by us around the clock.

Questions
Common questions
Can we add amenity Wi-Fi without changing in-unit service?
Yes. Amenity coverage can be delivered on its own for communities that are not ready to change the service inside the apartments.
Does guest access expose resident data?
No. Guest traffic is on a separate network that cannot reach resident, staff, or building systems.
