Connectivity for the communities people live in
ResidentFi provides managed Wi-Fi, bulk internet, streaming television, and phone service for entire multi-dwelling properties: apartment communities, build-to-rent neighborhoods, student housing, university residence halls, military housing, senior living, condominium associations, corporate housing, and mixed-use towers. We serve properties in all 50 states from our headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada.
We do one thing: residential communities. Our designs, our resident portal, our support scripts, and our agreements exist for buildings where people live, and for the owners, managers, and institutions responsible for them.
Owned and operated end to end
ResidentFi designs the network, installs it, monitors it from our network operations center, and supports it. There is no handoff between a cabling contractor, an internet provider, and a help desk. The team that answers a resident's call can see the network and change it, and one company is accountable when something breaks.
Every property gets the same program: an enterprise access point in every unit, a private network for each resident, coverage across amenities and grounds, television and phone over the same network, and reporting for owners. A portfolio with properties in several states gets one portal, one support number, and one standard of service.
Our background
ResidentFi grew out of a licensed telecommunications carrier that has built and operated business networks, voice service, and managed Wi-Fi for hotels, apartment communities, dormitories, and government customers since 2014. That carrier heritage is why we own our voice network, why our engineers design from the drawings rather than from a product sheet, and why our agreements read like a carrier's and not like a reseller's.
The team
ResidentFi is a senior team of network engineers, project managers, and support specialists, supported by certified installation crews and field technicians dispatched to every market we serve. Our network operations center is staffed around the clock, and our U.S.-based support team answers residents by phone, text, email, and chat 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Who you will work with
Owners and managers work with a ResidentFi solutions specialist during the free property assessment, a network engineer during design and installation, and a dedicated account team after launch. Developers and general contractors work with our construction team from the drawing stage through turnover. Residents work with our support team, and only our support team.
Timelines
A retrofit of a typical community is usually completed within a few weeks, with minutes of access per unit and no gap in service. New construction follows the construction schedule and goes live for the first move-in. Student housing turnovers are planned around the academic calendar and completed before residents arrive.

What makes ResidentFi different
Six reasons communities choose us.
Specific, measurable reasons owners and managers move their communities to ResidentFi.
Built only for residential communities
ResidentFi does not sell to offices or retail. Our designs, our resident portal, our support scripts, and our agreements exist for apartment communities, campuses, and the people who live in them.
One company, nationwide
We serve properties in all 50 states from our headquarters in Las Vegas, with network operations around the clock and technicians dispatched to every market. A portfolio gets one program, one portal, and one support number everywhere.
Residents call us, not your staff
Our U.S.-based support team takes resident calls, texts, and emails 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your leasing and maintenance teams are out of the help desk business.
Owned and operated end to end
ResidentFi designs the network, installs it, monitors it, and supports it. There is no handoff between a cabling contractor, a carrier, and a help desk, and no one to point fingers at.
Revenue, not just an expense
Bulk programs are structured so communities recover the cost through rent or a technology package and keep a margin, with owner reporting that documents the return.
New builds, retrofits, and takeovers
We join new construction at the drawing stage, retrofit occupied buildings in short scheduled windows, and take over networks other providers left behind, all without a gap in service.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What does ResidentFi do?
ResidentFi provides managed Wi-Fi, bulk internet, streaming television, and phone service for entire multi-dwelling properties: apartment communities, student housing, senior living, military housing, condominiums, and campuses. We design, install, monitor, and support the network, and residents call us directly.
Where does ResidentFi provide service?
Nationwide. We serve properties in all 50 states from our headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada, with network operations around the clock and technicians dispatched to every market. We maintain city pages for the 50 largest metropolitan areas, and we serve communities well beyond them.
What is the difference between managed Wi-Fi and bulk internet?
Bulk internet is a purchasing model: one property-wide agreement that covers every unit. Managed Wi-Fi is the network that delivers it, with an enterprise access point in every unit and coverage across the property. Most ResidentFi communities use both together.
How do residents get connected?
Residents receive a network name and password at move-in, or set their own through the resident portal, and every device connects immediately. There is no modem, no installer appointment, and no call to a cable company.
Who do residents call for support?
ResidentFi. Our U.S.-based support team answers by phone, text, email, and chat 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Leasing and maintenance staff have a separate line.
How is the service paid for?
Most communities include ResidentFi service in rent or a technology package at a per-unit cost far below retail and keep a margin. Agreements can be owner-funded or structured as network-as-a-service, in which ResidentFi owns and maintains the equipment for a monthly fee.
Can ResidentFi retrofit an existing building?
Yes. We retrofit occupied buildings in short, announced windows, reuse sound existing cabling, and bring the new network up alongside the old one so residents move over without a day offline.
Does ResidentFi provide television?
Yes. Live channels, cloud DVR, and on-demand programming are delivered through an app on the resident's smart TV, phone, or tablet, with no set-top box or coax. Common-area screens and digital signage ride the same network.
