Bulk Internet
One agreement. Every unit connected.
Bulk internet is a single property-wide contract that brings high-speed service to every apartment, so residents are online the day they move in and the community controls the experience. ResidentFi delivers bulk internet over managed Wi-Fi or over wired connections to each unit, nationwide.
How bulk internet works
Instead of each resident signing up with a cable or telephone company, the property contracts with ResidentFi for service to every unit. The per-unit cost is far below retail because the whole community is served from one connection and one network. The property recovers the cost through rent, a technology package, or an amenity fee, and most communities retain a margin above their cost.
Bulk internet and managed Wi-Fi together
Bulk internet describes how service is purchased; managed Wi-Fi describes how it is delivered. Most ResidentFi communities combine the two, so every unit is covered by the property-wide network and residents never touch a modem. Where a community prefers wired service to each unit, we provide that as well, with the same property-wide agreement.
What it does for your numbers
A bulk program typically adds measurable net operating income per unit per month, reduces turnover costs tied to connectivity complaints, and removes the days of downtime between a resident moving in and a provider showing up. It also gives the leasing team a plain, powerful statement to make on tours: the internet is already on.
Agreement options
ResidentFi offers owner-funded networks and network-as-a-service arrangements in which we own and maintain the infrastructure for a monthly fee. Terms, speed tiers, and optional resident upgrades are set with you during the free property assessment, and every agreement includes 24/7 monitoring and resident support.

Questions
Common questions
Is bulk internet the same as managed Wi-Fi?
No. Bulk internet is the purchasing model: one agreement for the whole property. Managed Wi-Fi is the network that delivers it. ResidentFi provides both, and most communities use them together.
Can residents buy faster service?
Yes. The property sets a standard tier for every unit, and residents who want more can upgrade through the resident portal, with ResidentFi handling the billing if you prefer.
